As IT members, we often have a hand in writing instructions or providing scripts of how a product works, performs, or what to expect with it.
This often has a direct impact on our customers and the experience they may have with the product itself.
As we launch solutions and stand-ups for the new Elanco, remember to think about the end users and how they will learn or manage new platforms and those standards. Being specific and clear with new processes and communications will help those learning them, especially for the first time. When writing processes and instructions, we must keep in mind that not everyone shares the same background, knowledge or experience. Therefore, we must look at these items from an outsiders view and put yourself in another set of shoes.
