Meeting Room Success Story!

It’s an exciting time for ETS, as we are starting to see some of the early sites move into their new accommodation and utilizing our new technologies.

In the meeting room space, we have been testing our new approach of ‘plug and play’ technology. We have been working hard over the last few months to select technologies which “just work”. The two main aims of the new technology are to provide:

  1. An excellent user experience and to keep things simple
  2. A consistent meeting experience, globally.

How many times have you entered a meeting room and can’t use the equipment because it’s either too complicated, not familiar, or worse it just doesn’t work? To see what our new meeting room templates look like please view this deck.

We have had some great feedback from early adopters and are satisfied that we have chosen reliable and simple technology which will provide you with an excellent meeting service. We’ve tested out a variety of meeting scenarios in Basingstoke, Speke, and now there is testing happening in Greenfield.

Last week we had two big successes in this space, with Bangalore deploying and installing the equipment into their meeting rooms and reporting back really positive comments!

Secondly, Jeff and The Board used the new equipment last week when they held a board meeting at our Clinton site. They held a meeting using the new Logitech Rally. The feedback from this was that the experience proved to be seamless and everything ‘just worked’.

We are excited to start sharing more about what you should expect from your new meeting rooms in the future, so watch this space!
