This is a reminder that training related to the roll out of CORA PPM, our new enterprise portfolio management system, will begin this week. Sessions for key IT users are as follows:
- March 20: Super User training in Greenfield
- March 21: Two half-day sessions for IT Edit Users
- March 22: Two half-day sessions for ePMO Edit Users
All of Elanco IT will, at a minimum, have Read Only access to Cora which will enable everyone to perform reporting and view the dashboards of Elanco IT project and portfolio data.
Training will be available for all Read Only users throughout the month of April to prep users for the change in advance of full cutover in mid-April.
We also have a number of materials which will support anyone in the organisation looking to start up a new IT project, no matter what size or level of project. Please make sure you familarise yourselves with the new process and the frequency of project status updates.
All the materials can be found on the new MS Teams ‘Elanco All IT’ > IT Business Operations > Files > Portfolio Mgt & Cora Docs.
