On September 17th at Monday’s Global IT Town Hall, we will be introducing the new Elanco IT PMO.
The objective is to provide immediate value adding program management and support to all IT streams focused both on IT TSA separation for Elanco and future state design and implementation.
The IT PMO will assist in cross functional IT and Business alignment by:
- Evolving, developing and refining processes over time with minimum disruption to current work
- Drive one source of truth on key dates & decisions
- Control multiple data requests out to functional leads
- Standardized & align key templates across the IT organization (e.g. costs, applications, logs)
- Elanco IT PMO there to help and co-ordinate through transparent, simple processes & clear communications
- Built on the existing Elanco PMO process to add further value to the IT organization by picking up the admin & tracking to allow functional leads to focus on content
The new Elanco IT PMO is in place with immediate effect.
There is the structure required to launch, but it is still in the early stages, so it will evolve as the IPO requires more support and we deal with some of the challenging peaks throughout the next 1-3 years.
We will provide more details at next week’s Global IT Town Hall and answer any questions you may have regarding the new Elanco IT PMO.
