We have heard from you, and we’d like to create opportunities for the entire Elanco IT team to better connect with the lead team in more informal ways.
As such, we are creating a first time event that allows anyone to voluntarily connect with any member of the lead team in an informal structured conversation.
The format is designed to be open in structure and only a short 30 min 1 to 1.
You can decide what you want to discuss! Here are some possible ideas:
- introduction and “get to know you” session
- Networking opportunity
- Asking open ended questions about a particular business domain, strategy, or direction
- Seek input on career scenarios for development planning
- Request thoughts and ideas on managing any challenging scenarios in your role
- Development or mentoring advice
- Whatever you want
The most important is to connect in meaningful ways.
