To Global Elanco IT,
It is my pleasure to announce that Rhys Williams has accepted the role of Strategic Architect, Global Digital IT. The change will be effective 1st September, reporting to Jonathan Stone, Manager, Digital IT.
Rhys will be responsible for driving the Global Digital team towards the right technology solutions and will also join the commercial IT architecture group as the Digital representative.
Rhys joined Lilly in 2011 as part of the Accelerated Development Programme after a successful student placement year. From there he worked as an IT Business Integrator in the Global Oncology IT and UK Hub IT teams driving key projects until he joined Elanco in 2015. Rhys has been instrumental in his support of the UK affiliate and in the creation of the UK MyElanco portal project, a key digital initiative in the UK.
