Often we get caught up in our day to day responsibilities, forcing us to put innovation to the side. We want to change that.
If we never take the time, we’ll never make the time. SO LET’S MAKE THE TIME.
What is Innovation Day?
Innovation day is a planned event where people work on innovative projects that are outside the scope of what they would have done on a “regular” day. Time is set aside to work on projects that will improve our processes, products or push innovative thinking. Teams can work any improvement for the idea they want, as long as it somehow relates back to something we do, use, or make.
Innovation day was also designed for people to have fun and experience the excitement that comes with working with a variety of great people within our organization.
Our first Innovation Day theme will be:
