DataOps & Enterprise Analytics – Personnel Announcements
As announced in our December Town Hall, the DataOps & Enterprise Analytics team will continue to grow throughout Q1 by filling positions for the Data Domain Lead, Data Analyst, and Data Engineer personas. These will be staffed by moving existing roles to the new organization and through the posting process. While additional detail will be communicated out to the organization over the next few weeks, I am excited to announce an important step in our progress by welcoming the following individuals to our growing DataOps & Enterprise Analytics team.
Duncan Robins, Enterprise Architect, joined Elanco on January 6th. Duncan joins us from Vodafone, where he was an Analytics Architect focused on the cloud transformation of BI and analytics capabilities for the enterprise. As a key member of the DataOps lead team, he will contribute to establishing and maturing our new DataOps processes, services, and technologies as we grow the organization. He will also lead the stand-up of our integration environment with Boomi, and be the key point of contact in DataOps for future capabilities in enterprise reporting. Duncan will be based in our Basingstoke office and report to Jill Conaway.
I am also very excited to announce that we have now expanded our Global IT team to the Innovation and Alliance Center in Bangalore, India with the following individuals. Sneh, Shabaz, and Ravindra collectively bring over 18 years of experience in data engineering and orchestration, with strong delivery in the Azure environment and other data platforms. This team will begin to engage on key projects for migration and integration, as well as for initial analytics use cases/products that will be defined in conjunction with our business partners.
Sneh Kumar, Data Engineer, joined Elanco on December 11th.
Mohammed Shabaz, Data Engineer, joined Elanco on January 2nd.
Ravindra Nath Reddy, Data Engineer, joined Elanco on January 2nd.
Welcome to the team!
