As our TechOps services are maturing, we would like application owners to be aware of some changes to the way that infrastructure requests are handled. This list should help app owners to understand who to contact in TechOps and when.
Relationships Contacts:
- Initial Point of Contact - Amber Stephanoff
- Act as a conduit to the wider TechOps group
- Escalations - Piotr Burzynski
- Handle any issues arising with requests made.
Architecture Point of Contact: This will initially be Calum Bell, and then the relevant Infosys Architects as they become available and have access to our Elanco systems
- Providing Solutions Architecture Guidance
- Designing/Recommending enterprise patterns which can be re-used
- Challenging application owners to meet our enterprise principles
Infrastructure/Execution Point of Contact: Engineers from our TechOps Warsaw Team – individuals will be assigned to each request
- Providing Infrastructure
- Promoting Infrastructure through environments
- Providing updates to end users
Please note: The method of requesting infrastructure (ServiceNow Request) has not changed at this time. Our next post will give more information about TechOps production ready timelines.
