TechOps can now release the dates that our Cloud (Azure) production service will be ready for consumption. This means the service will have been fully qualified, documented and ready for our colleagues to consume. Cloud (Azure) will be production ready on 20th January 2020.
The Cloud environment has been through GxP qualification and has been approved for GxP workloads. Some foundational elements will be in place for automated provisioning, however these will need to mature before being ready for your consumption - a further update will be given when automation is also production ready.
Please note: There are currently no changes to the way that these services are requested, and our SLAs remain the same. Infrastructure requests can be made here on The Spot. Please refer to our updated Infrastructure Contacts for more detail about the team handling requests.
