- We are working through an OCM/Communications RACI, to ensure that we’ve got all areas accounted for across Stallion.
- We’ve finalised our Wave 2 Cheat Sheet for cutover sites. You can see the template here. This will be populated with site specific information and circulated before the cutover and then hard copies distributed on the day.

Automation – Sam Stenton
- Embotics has released a key patch allowing us to continue integrating the platform into our Colo.
- The template repository for creating infrastructure as code applications using Node JS and running on docker has been created
- A catalogue item within Embotics has been created to request the creation of this style of app
Network - Paul Graham
- As of Tuesday morning, CenturyLink has taken over as our Managed Network Service Provider and taken their place as one of our founding partners.
- This is the culmination of many months of work from RFP to now, and some particularly long days recently to get everyone lined up with the requisite level of knowledge to enable this transition to take place.
- This is just the start and we will be continuing the knowledge transfer over the coming days to make sure CenturyLink will be successful in their new role.
- From there it’s on to the small matter of site migrations… But for now, we are going to take a small breath and enjoy the moment.
