Elanco is going through an unprecedented transformation, not only the divestiture from Lilly, but also key acquisitions that will enable us to better support our customers.
With this in mind, it should be no surprise that IT will also need to transform. We have already started this journey, as we work through the design and delivery of our future-state IT ecosystem.
However, technology and architecture alone will not enable us to realise our potential, we must also review and evolve our organization design, governance, and processes.
Today, we are in a position to start sharing this story with the wider IT organization, beginning with the rational.
