The video and documentation linked below provide an overview of our Enterprise Principles, as defined by the newly established Elanco Enterprise Architecture Community.
The principles are holistic and therefore should be applicable to all business functions, including Research and Development, Manufacturing, Commercial and Global Services.
The goal of the principles is to drive better strategic decision making, by triggering the right architecture conversations. The principles should be utilized when buying or building new solutions.
Please review the video and documentation, print out the summary slide and challenge each other to understand and embrace the principles as an embedded part of the design process.
