As we move forward to many changes, one of those comes with the Elite and Lilly Apprenticeship programs.
If you are currently enrolled in either program, nothing changes for you.
Going forward however, we will not be able to enroll new participants.
We will continue to improve development opportunities within Elanco IT, as we know this is important to many of you.
If you have development areas you’d like to explore, please talk to your supervisor or connect with a mentor that might be able to share experiences with you.
Continuing to grow and expand our knowledge is always highly encouraged and we’re here to work with you.
