As we work to create an IT organization to support an independent, publicly traded Elanco, we are pleased to announce the following changes:
Liza Stultz, current Manager-IT-CoE, has accepted the Director-IT-Global Services role beginning September 1, reporting to Terry Aders, Elanco IT Sr Director. In this role, Liza will be responsible for all of the Global Services IT functions (HR, Legal, Tax, Treasury, Finance, etc). She will begin to build a new organization to implement new tools/applications and capabilities across this area. This role will need to develop a deep partnership with the Global Services organization and business to understanding the strategic opportunities and operational needs. This role will partner with the Advisor IT – Global Services to ensure defined technology strategies / solutions support the business strategy and objectives, enable new IT capabilities, and provide the operational support of a broad portfolio. Liza’s replacement will be named in the future.
Liza joined Elanco in 2015 and had responsibilities over the Central Elanco IT Organization. In this role, Liza helped transform the organization to provide integration capabilities and drive the implementation and roll out of Elanco global IT applications to Elanco Manufacturing sites. Prior to joining Elanco, Liza had multiple roles in the Parenteral Manufacturing Site. In 2009, she moved into a Team Leader role in the Parenteral IT Organization with Infrastructure and Telecomm responsibilities. She moved into a Manager role in the Parenteral IT organization where she had Lab Informatics/ Data and Quality functional responsibilities.
Sean McHenry, current Manager-IT-EKS, has accepted the Advisor-IT-Global Services role beginning September 1, reporting directly to Liza Stultz. In this role, Sean will be responsible for defining the solution architecture and leading the selection and implementation of applications across the Global Services functions. This position will also be accountable for transitioning existing tools from Lilly, as needed, and managing TSA interdependencies and turndown. As Sean transitions into his new role and the future state organizational design continues to be refined, the EKS team will report directly to Jill Conaway in the interim.
Sean joined Elanco 11 years ago and has held a wide range of leadership roles in Research and Development IT, Quality, Central Capabilities and Elanco Knowledge Solutions. Prior to that, Sean spent nine years at Lilly where he split his time as an application developer on GBIP and a leader within Human Resources/Knowledge Management IT.
Join me in thanking them for their past contributions to the organization and congratulations on their new role!!
