Agile Product Owner Workshop - Course ID# 9176909
In this interactive one-day, instructor-led course, you will learn characteristics and responsibilities of being a successful Product Owner, while getting a clear view of individual agile roles and responsibilities, and how they interact. You will also learn how to define and prioritize the product backlog and how to use story mapping to plan release scope. At the end of the course, you will be capable of fully playing your role and partnering with your agile team to help them get to high performance.

In this interactive one-day, instructor-led course, you will learn about the Scrum framework, how to apply Scrum to your projects, and how to navigate the cultural changes necessary to implement Scrum. The focus is on task-level tracking, the use of Burndown Charts to display daily progress, and Daily Scrum meetings, all together giving tremendous awareness about how to be a successful ScrumMaster.

In this two-day interactive workshop, participants will be introduced to the values and principles of Agile solution delivery. Topics will cover the Agile Manifesto, Agile-Scrum roles, ceremonies, and artifacts, and how they fit in to the Scrum lifecycle. Focused time will be spent in the planning and sprint cycles; with hands-on activities to demystify user stories, develop working agreements, and define a product roadmap.
