UK IT Student Wins Award
We are pleased to share that Ellie Burn, Business Integrator within the EMEA Commercial IT Team, has won the prestigious “Customer Focus” award as part of the UK IT Student Program.
In winning this award Ellie was recognized as a strong relationship builder, listener, and networker in personal and professional situations. She has strived to see every part of our business, and over the course of her placement has become increasingly confident to do more than just gather the explicit requirements but also to challenge our business partners in a professional but personable manor.
Ellie completes her 12 month placement at Elanco this week, returning to the University of Reading, England, to complete her degree in BSc Information Technology with Management.
The UK IT Student Program has been running in Lilly IT for over 30 years, and each July welcomes more than 25 students to Lilly for a 12 month period of real work experience. Find out more at this webpage.
