NEW Elanco IT Access Roster Review Process
What’s happening?
- Beginning Q4 2017, Elanco IT will begin utilizing the IT Access Roster Review Service in IT CAPA for all Elanco IT systems that do not use enterprise solutions for access management (e.g., myAccess, GARR).
What will Elanco IT gain from the new process?
- Reoccurring CAPA Items with notifications for ARR completion
- Defined process for completion (eliminates doing too much or too little!)
- Allows for oversight to ensure ARRs are being completed.
- Risk-based approach for completion of ARRs for low business impact, non-regulated systems.
What happens next?
- In July, the Elanco IT Compliance Team will provide our IT Managers with a list of all systems supported by their teams and request ARR data for creation of the IT CAPAs.
- IT Managers will be asked to work with their teams to define timing and frequency requirements for each IT system and provide that data to the Elanco IT Compliance Team.
